Carved wolf antler amulet
Carved from a naturally shed antler burr, this one-of-a-kind pendant depicts a wolf emerging from the raw crown of antler itself. The burr’s rugged ridges and natural voids are left intact, framing the carving like weathered bark or frozen lichen—an echo of forest and bone intertwined.
Set into the wolf’s gaze are two tiny labradorite cabochons. Subtle and quiet, they catch the light with fleeting blue-gray flashes, giving the impression of watchful eyes glimpsed at the edge of the trees.
The carving follows the natural form of the antler rather than forcing symmetry, allowing the piece to feel organic and timeworn—more relic than ornament. Finished simply with a metal jump ring and worn on a leather cord, it rests close to the body, meant to be carried rather than displayed.
Details:
Hand-carved antler burr
Wolf motif
Tiny labradorite cabochon eyes
Leather cord necklace
One of a kind
Symbolism:
In many folk traditions, the wolf is a guardian of thresholds—teacher, pathfinder, and sentinel of the wild places. Labradorite has long been associated with protection and inner sight, adding a quiet glimmer of magic beneath the surface.
This piece is entirely one of a kind. Natural texture, asymmetry, and markings are part of its story and are intentionally preserved.
