Lichen Reliquary
One of a kind electroformed lichen pendant on an antiqued copper chain.
This piece was created using real forest lichen, partially preserved in crystal-clear resin and partially transformed through copper electroforming. The result feels almost like a tiny relic or talisman gathered from the woods — as though the copper itself grew around the lichen in protective, claw-like formations while leaving part of it exposed as the centerpiece.
The lichen becomes the “stone” of the piece: soft, pale, organic life held within darkened copper texture and rugged molten details. The back is finished in raw electroformed copper with natural texture and patina variations, giving it an earthy, artifact-like feel from every angle.
Lightweight and easy to wear, with a delicate antiqued copper chain that complements the woodland feel of the pendant.
